Argonath's MTA:SA Server gets new scripts

Argonath RPG MTA:SA finally gets its first full gamemode. Things are fresh new and waiting for everyone to enjoy them.

Server address: 178.63.52.144:22004

Server is running in MTA:SA 1.3 - download from http://mtasa.com/ and install. Run and join!

Few things to bear in mind:
* some properties might still not be set
* a few things might be changed, some might be added
* passport/licenses can be obtained from government members ingame after 5 days of playing, might become automated
* F9 is a huge help for any doubts in server. Check it.
* after registering, there are state cars in SFAP carpark
