Microphone problem!

I got a problem with my microphone.

My computer doesn't recognise my microphone (pink pc entrance).. But when I adapt it, it works though.
It just doesn't get recognised, and I need it to be recognised for radio! Please help me out.

Did you plug it in the right port? (If you've a desktop there should be a few USB ports in the back of the case.)

It isn't an USB, just a Plug&Play (Pink port at the back)

Can you give the exact model of the headset?

Have you tried both front and back (if you have both)?

Have you tried the port with other microphones?

Could be a problem with your sound driver. Try reinstalling it.
