there will be circle and flag like in houses near each furniture with its id and cost, each player will be able to buy only max of X furnitures
furnitures will be able to /spawnFurnitue id in radius of Y from ur house.

It is possible, but requires alot of work and yet, very usefull and cool.

When interiors are available then this is a pretty cool, but till then I dont see reason why u should be able to spawn furniture around ur house.

Used for additional clarification but nevermind, I think it will be strange to see furniture outside of the houses. Maybe in the future when we have available interiors.

I mean with approval of admin+ or smtin.
for example, i could use a helipad landing place, some1 else as i heard, would use a lamp, yet
make it 1~4 objects tops, so no crashes.

Lamps and helipads are different from furniture. After all it is up to management.
