well.. respect to all admins, but onotroll is an easy going guy, i dont like admins who are "Too" strict, if you make a joke they temp ban you instantly, but i dont see any problems in onotroll jokes.

I must admit your professionalism varies with you mood.

Sometimes you're easy going, letting some small things slide with a simple verbal warning, other times you kick for simple rules such as commenting; which is in fact partly your own fault as you enhance your reasons with funny metaphors.

I'm not saying you should stop with having a bit of fun with the punishment reasons as long as the point gets across. Being an Admin is hard work and you can count it as a way to relieve stress.
I'm just saying you shouldn't blame people for commenting if you make a joke in the reason, they are just expressing their satisfaction after reading said joke and instead calm people down with words.

I'm not telling you how to do your job, you've been an Administrator since before I even started playing SA:MP, I'm just giving examples from a spectators point of view. And for the sake of us all don't stop with having fun. An Admin that enjoys his work and has a positive aura with him does more good than a strict Admin that relies on fear and a big scary red name. Just look what happened to Dave.

Stick with you own style and ignore the haters. They are everywhere.

Members who is a part of the administration team should indeed represent the community on a professional way. But that does not erase the right for us to be funny and pull a joke if we want too.
We are still humans, just because we have administration rights doesn't mean we need to have a stone face every day. Everyone who is a part of this community needs to represent it on a good and professional way, not just the administration team. It's the players within the community who represents it, it's the players within the community who creates it and it's the players within the community who keeps it up.

Before you start to complain one someone within the community I advice you to look at yourself. No one is perfect, no one will ever be perfect and you can't never, EVER, decide how one person wants to behave. If you don't like it, submit a complaint.
