A friend of mine wants to make an unban request after like a year. But he doesnt have his password.
He did "forgot password" but didnt get any mail yet. And he made a new forum account but didnt get any activation mail either.
Is there a problem or should he keep waiting?  I had the problem too and didnt get a mail untill an admin changed the PW for me.

This is a problem, I believe if you PM a forum moderator or above they can activate it manually

You can request a new activation mail, and if there has been a problem with the server all accounts are being sent a reminder. Now if your mail address was incorrect, it becomes harder...

Do not roleplay a veteran on discord, be a veteran in game.
