Missing/flickering grey textures

I'm often getting some weird grey missing/flickering textures mostly on the ground... Does anyone know how to fix this issue?
-> Also the issue appears when facing some directions only...
Would be very apreciated if someone helped me out with this, it's getting non-playable sometimes!

Sure, give me a minute, don't look over the quality i'm playing on my laptop on lowest settings, atleast i can squeze 40 fps out of it.

Is this the computer you always use for this game? If so, have you recently performed and driver updates? There is a possibility this problem may be down to those. I'm unsure if overheating is the issue at the moment but the possibility is still there.

Yes, it is this computer i always use for IV, i have the most recent driver updates since i started playing and i always had this issue.

Have you added commandline for limiting graphics memory?

I was wondering..

Iam playing on medium-high settings, will anything from this list help me in gain of FPS or sometimes, if I lose textures*.. except of course, memerestrict ( It happens to me sometimes, the loss of textures.. like maybe 1 in 3 days )?

Problem is back, this didn't worked, i'm gessing it is overheating then?

It can happen with that addon still but should be in much less cases.

I think i had some previous mods installed, i'll make a clean re-install for the game and see what happens next.
