..Well in all seriousness I suppose it is to give a player some sense of choice based on the city they chose to live in.
Besides, multiple driving schools means bigger chance for people without licenses to actually get one.

How come?
More driving schools > More employees > More employees online at a given time > More chance to get license. Simple logic.

If one would merge all schools into one single Argonath Driving School, there would in theory be just as many employees, however many will rage and quit due to loss of their respective ranks thus effectively shortening the numbers.

Competition is good:
- Stops us getting one driving school which will go inactive because noone is bothered
- Gets people a license more quickly

I have no clue what is going on in Managers heads, but to allow such mad system on server... we ALL must agree that it is RIDICILOUS!!! Did they ever even thouth how the new guys will have to put up with this complication and madeness??? Is it not enough that they need to understand how ALL jobs and Weapons and Drugs and players and /area and all to work, they also need to understand the Efking driving schools government?
I am a regular and loyal IVMP player, and we have no bulls**t like that in there, and we never ever EVER had any problems with loyalties or competition, we are one happy server there... So whoever is samps manager, get this thing stright and sorted!!! Gandalf should kick your asses for this nonsence...

Hi. Im Lazlow.. And heres my story:

First day I came to SAMP, (lest say I was registered there for longer than 1 week ago) I asked for passport.. nice and done. Ok, then i wanted license.. I got someone to deal with that.

A guy came, started doing the test.. he started talking stuff..
he said:ok, your done with me..
I said: What? What about driving test?
He said: I do only theorys..
I said: fair enough, who to I go to next then?

Then he spoke with the guy who does driving part, and they agreed that theory guy will do that for him.
Ok, I passed that too, I said u can give me license now. He said that he cant! I said wtf u mean u cant.. Then he explained me that the guy is off, but he put a note on my application. THATS IT.

Next day I came, started looking for someone who could sort me out with this.. and believe me.. Did I had hard time explaining? And best thing was.. Nobody responded or was available for me! So screw your competition being a good thing!!!!! They still dont give a F..


After 4 days, of daily screeming that i need my drivings license, I finaly found someone!!! But get this...

The guy equaly didnt give a F, and he said, go make an application in forums... O_o I explained him.. He said go in forums and check it it.. I said YOU go check it out.. im new here, i wount find same post again.. After 20 minnutes of this dog-fight, he went to forums.. he said, you never applyed!!! (U know why...) Then after 30 more mins, he told me, you applyed with different school...

RAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

IVMP members 20-30 people , Samp 80-120 wich shows IVMP don't need multiple driving schools for a reason.  . SFDS driving school - Apply ,get lesson,exam,license . The way you had your experience is bullshit wich never seen my self and probaly is rare in this situations.

PS : Lack of explaination by your teacher is not fault of driving schools but the teacher him self and leaders who accepted him whitout testing the guy out.

This topic have no Sense at all, I will personally lock this topic and explain the reason why.

First Thing Lazlow there is no point of changeing something this big, that have bin up for over 4 - 5 years, reason there is multi Driving schools, is couse of the fact Driving Schools are Rp Factions, wich issues Licenses, And I opened 1 in ivmp when i first camed there, couse i belived in teaching, wich other people over at samp also do and is reason why they created..
And felt they could make a difference and a good Work inside this faction. and with a rule that there can be many of them, why wouldn't people creat to be the best, with some competiton.. and run a business in the way it should! RP! ye you do see this non - Point in this topic i hope. and for people who think iv-mp is a low ammount players game and bla bla, think again. the slots are limited atm, but players aint.
