Dear court,
on the 12th of February 2012, my civilian and constitutional rights were severely ignored.
On the 12th day of February, I was spending a relaxing Sunday afternoon at the local tennis court in Broker. I was enjoying the lovely weather and the atmosphere of the beautiful park area. Unfortunately, I was presented with Special Agents BenR and GFBMMC, who wished to take me under custody for dealing drugs. As a well-behaving citizen I agreed to be taken under investigation to the local FBI Headquarters in Algonquin, Liberty City. I was promised a phone call in order to call my lawyer to the scene.
At the local FBI headquarters, in investigation room #3, Special Agent BenR attempted to begin the interrogations without my lawyer at the location, which I had specifically demanded. Special Agent BenR responded that they had such evidence that my lawyer was not needed on the location. Not only is this against the Miranda rights, it is against my constitutional rights. Once united with my lawyer, him and I were presented with large accusation and little evidence. The evidence contained only two photographs, both of me at the tennis courts of Broker. Photographs, which showed me, Bernie Crane, at the tennis courts, sitting on a bench and holding two bags in my hands. Special Agents BenR and GFBMMC claimed these two to be bags of illegal drugs, which I was claimed to have possessed with me on that day. I have no other comment on this than my own words from the investigation room #3: "To be honest, those look more like lunch bags to me than bags of drugs."
After this accusation and shabby evidences me and my lawyer were presented with, we demanded more evidence such as audio tapes of anything illegal that might have happened at the scene and physical evidence of the actual illegal items I was told to be carrying with myself. Unfortunately we were not presented with either of those. In a matter of fact, Special Agent BenR claimed to have enough evidence to put me into prison. Two photographs, which only shows me, Bernie Crane, enjoying a lovely Sunday afternoon. Unfortunately, me nor my lawyer could do anything, as I, a citizen of Liberty City, was dragged from the investigation room and into the local cells. This was witnessed by Special Agent Batta, who arrived on scene just before this. I was imprisoned for three years for what seemed to be a phony case of Special Agent BenR.
I, Bernie Crane therefore, feel robbed and a victim of corrupt federal officials, and therefore demand justice and indemnity.
I feel my constitutional rights have been jeopardized as of following:
THE LAWS OF LIBERTY CITY
Act. 15
Abuse of power - It is an abuse of power if a law enforcer suspect a citizen without any valid reason, good faith of a crime commissions or the absence of evidences.
LIBERTY CITY CONSTITUTION
Ordinance IV:
The right of the citizens to be secure in their own belongings against unreasonable searches shall not be violated without probable cause. A citizen may neither be arrested without a legal reason. A law enforcer is allowed to question a person if he has any reasonable motive to think this person is doing a suspicious act. The law enforcer cannot force a person to be put in detention in the only goal to interrogate him. If, in any case, the law enforcer had to transport the person to another area in order to interrogate him and the person is found not guilty, it is the law enforcer responsibility to transport or pay for a transport to carry the person back to his initial location where he was when he was approached to be interrogated. A law enforcer may interview people present at a scene as witness.
Ordinance XII:
In the case of arrest or detention, a citizen must be promptly informed of the reasons, must also be informed that he has the right to a lawyer and must be allowed to use that right as soon as possible. He shall also have the validity of the detention controlled by the present law and to be released if the detention is not lawful.
With the presented above, I, Bernie Crane, demand $500 for pain and sorrow and $2,500 for time being imprisoned from the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
