Every Saturday night! Las Venturas Airport! Be there!

The time will be around 21:00 CET, however may be delayed so just be online! Saturday Eavening! See you there!

This event will be held by ALS to all players, completely free in the near future. It is a free for all game where participants can enter with any motorvehicle and will be confined to the boundaries of Las Venturas International Airport.

We will need security and judges, if you would like to apply to be a participant, security, pilot (for airlifting people out) or a judge just post a request. Participants may post their car and name however this will likely be an on the night event, where all can turn up!

When the Derby is in progress between 21:30-22:00, and the action has started, vehicles will not be allowed to enter LV airport. Players are allowed to enter the airport, and may request a ride to a plane from the guards to the planes/ helicopter. The guards have permission to shoot vehicles thet ram through the gate, as stray vehicles will disrupt the derby, and contestants are not allowed to re enter with another car. This is for your safety, and the saftey of the contestants, and will keep the event fair.

Prizes will vary depending on sponsors.
Minor prize winners will win $20,000

Rules:
-No shooting whatsoever
-No carjacking
-Once your car is totalled, you are out, you cannot re enter with another car
-Once car is totalled do /handsup and wait for emergency vehicle, you will be taken to the safe zone (makeshift pendulum)
-No shooting (if you didnt get it the first time), no drive by shooting
-No ramming before event has started, will result in disqualification
-No entry for any vehicle after the gates are closed when the event has started
-Anyone entering in an illegal vehicle whilst the Derby is in progress will be kicked

If any of these rules are breached, you will be kicked. There are a lot of players, time will not be wasted on rulebreakers.

The following vehicles are disallowed for participants in the regular Derby:
-Rhino
-Bikes
-Planes
-Helicopters only for filming
-Barracks and Patriot
-Tanker
-SWAT, fire engine, SWAT van, FBI truck (as of 30/09/07)
-Monster trucks

  Emergency service vehicles such as fire engine and ambulance are not for participants, and refrain from rammin them when they are rescuing people!

Vehicles disallowed from Heavy Derby:
-Rhino
-Any bikes/ bicycles
-Any avionic vehicles

Aah its goood to see a lot of interest!

From the times available, the date will be set most likely on a Saturday as this is when most players are on, but the time isnt definate at the minute.

As a heli pilot, you can record   or/and use the heli for rescuing stranded players from the arena.

It will be held in an airport (one entrance, large area, easily secured) I would like you to vote on which one!
