Also I think it'll be fair that monster trucks are excluded from this as there is not many for everyone to have one and they will last longer then any other car, unless you can get everyone in monster trucks I don't think they should be allowed.

Also I can record but it'll be just a camera recording the screen but better then nothing.

The competition is open to all who wish to turn up, so ad's will be made beforehand ingame announcing to players on the server. The plan is for every player $10k is added to the prize money. If not a big turnout, less prize money!

Any filming will be good!

Monster trucks are no longer allowed for participants, as this is a Destruction Derby, and on the basis that monster trucks provide little damage and a high advantage to driver.

yeah, helpers will probably get paid, any money left from sponsors and prize money will be split between helpers.

Well, I hadnt really heard of any SA destruction derby, so I made one   ... I cant wait... It should be quite funny to see what cars people turn up in.

There will be awards for:

Best underdog
Best car
Most assaulted player
Most idle player
First out

These may also recieve a prize.

Position in event (which job): Well i wanna be a event start i go in the middle of the track circle all the cars making sure that all players are ready and that no guns are being used.
If i find any guns being used imedite death and will have to pay ann extra 10k

Posted on: September 22, 2007, 06:33:30 PMThe Destruction Derby was a great success with many involved. I am working on the video, which because i am so tired wont be edited too well, and is quite long.

We did have to hacker attacks (both filmed). The film will be released tomorrow (hopefully).

Overall winner: Chicony  - Barracks
Finalist: [ALS]Tooney - Infernus

Best RPer of event: Sergai_Sven  (Fireman) - Very good firetruck driver, and provided search and rescue on the runway and put out fires  .


If people are still interested there could be another destruction derby next week. I can improve the filming by A) flying heli myself  and B) taking off text, as I hade to reduce screen size as to not make admin chat visible.

It was good !!! deffinatly do another one next week hopefully we can get more people next time, and no rustle dmers or monster trucks turning up near the end of the event.


Tooney was right Seskom did run over his car and blew it up with a monster truck he would have lasted longer. I have it on film i was just going through the footage.

Hackers - yea, there were attacks, but what big can mentally harmed people to? Kill 3 guys before being banned?
