I am warned for lags but now its just starting to get weird.
I mostly get disconnected for quite a time - Not network wise.
And then my client tells my nickname is unaccepted. I cannot join the server anymore because after logging in it either lags beyond capability or disconnects me instantly.

Help?

It will be because of your connection. The Nickname unacceptable bug occurs when your connection drops and reconnects immediately after.
