You can RP being mentally challenged if you wish but do so maturely, not absolutely random crap like "i'm gonna eat dis worm now teehee". If I see anybody acting deliberately stupid, you will be leaving the community right away.If it wasn't told by the story, this faction is not just a mess-around version of homelessness as most people would expect. We're gonna RP a (mainly) realistic homeless community around the Commerce area, although obviously a lot of RP will be done in central LS near the homeless shelter. Note the word community - unless it's under severe (and I mean severe) circumstances, we won't ever be beefing with anyone as a "gang". If you're looking to RP with us, I suggest you take in mind this sense of community, rather than gang mentality.
