Selling unneeded items

Is there anywhere I can sell un-needed items such as a TV etc without selling it to someone in the game, like a pawn shop or similar?

No, you can't. Though you can purchase vehicle, and when you would like to sell it, you will get only 90 percent of the vehicle value. For example: You bought vehicle for 50,000$, you will sell it for 45,000$ (-10% off).

And another usefull note for you: Next time don't open few topics, stick to the first open you have created.
