here is some tips to the new clans:
Watch the player who you're inviting in the clan
this choice would be very important for the new clans.. if you invite a rule breaker you clan will have problems.
Respect others clans
be friendly with others clans this would help in hiring good players
Be a active leader
watching your clan can be a good move.
Never hire players who have problems with administration
you clan will might have this problem later.
Watch out how the clan is growing
you might need watch how you clan is growing.. if your clan grows more faster, more they will have chances to be closed
Watch for Flamer clanmate
If the clanmate flames other clanmate you might need talk between with them, you must should solve the problem as quickly and efficient.
Never do clan war
Making clan war you clan might be closed and you may be banned!
Take it safe, the leader is you. Not others
do not make clanmaters decision you are the leader you made the clan and you make the decisions not clanmaters.
Never give up, if new members aren't coming the same day/week you opened the clan, DON'T give up
the clan quality is not quantity.
