The game panels themselves are hosted on a different subdomain than the main website, however I'm not sure if the web-based panels, that website, or the game servers themselves share any of the same IP's or servers. I know at least one, unreleased game server shares an IP with an Argo website, but that's about it. It's more than likely either the SA:MP server, or the server hosting the game server itself at fault, though.

Not really.

The lag is similar in IV:MP. The server has also been restarted; no effect.
