He started and made a new life there but he never found this place like the one he is belonging to. This is why Ozhig decided to come back to San Andreas, taking care of not getting in trouble with the police nor the FBI anymore.
Ozhig wants to take a revenge against the police force by joining a gang family. It is now time for them to pay for the pain they made to him.
