Yes, I do fully remember that I report to you personally. However, there is no rule at all that says Drix's post is not allowed. He did it gently and does not provoke you guys, rather make you aware of the issue for feedback purposes.
If you want all complaints sent to your PM, try by stating so clearly in your main post and notify a person to do so if he does otherwise.
When you are banned, I highly recommend you to set someone second in command to keep everything stable ingame, however that is only a suggestion.

Well  I have seen some (Example)_Corleone's breaking the rules So now i can go Their Topic reporting they with 1 reply and (Example)Corleone Mafia will Be closed becouse Some boys are not following the Rules ? Ok.

If you type it like that, you can be damn sure that you may be warned for provoking. If you see a Corleone breaking the rules, report him ingame first and additionally report him to the Corleone Leadership or post a notification in the topic.
However, if you will type "Blabla_Corleone DM'ed me, check it out guys and continue like that and Corleone closes hahaha" you can understand that Corleone will take it rather as an offense. 
Drix only pointed out this person did some things that were not fully in line with the rules of Argonath, hence is why he reports that to you guys.

From what I saw Here , No one ask you to Remove Drix's Post. For My self I need 2-3 Years Hard work without Breaking Argonath Rules to get the same Level like old players here and i can Win some administration Team Respect.
For your Info Sir We are in "war" IG with Some familys and in same time we are frend with Some familys  , I have This personal discipline i Post only in my family topic and in luciano Topic becouse i Luciano boss is like my family is in my brotherhood.
I never Type /reply in CM topic , i just say 2-3 times in gvardia and stracci Topic "Hello". All Problems who are IG i frogot when i /q , I use Forum only For info and to Share happiness.
And from now i Will respect this
