Dear colleagues,

My name is Adrian McCoy and I am ARPD officer at Las Venturas.

This property is an heroin spot in Las Venturas at Whitewood Estates. This one is clearly bounded by a 2 meters wall all around this place. And as you can see on the 2nd picture, the main building is owned by a private owner. I'm not a lawyer, but basically it makes this property a private place and anyone spotted here can clearly be required to leave this one, this urged by an LEO if the citizen concerned doesn't have any approval by this property owner.

My second question is, this property is known as an heroin spot. Can drug enforcement authorize police officers to enter into this property and urge anyone to leave or even suspect the citizen concerned if he is clearly identified ordering heroin.

I need a clarification about these statements by the San Andreas court please.
