Guys, Don=Boss. If you wanna have both ranks up and running then you should add more bosses, not just one. If you have more then one bosses then Don would be the boss of the bosses, or the head of all heads. It would be way easier for you if you made more then one boss, so then each one of them controls a part of the family, and ofc they all get their orderds from the main head, the Don a.k.a the Godfather in this case.

Just a quick suggestion, even tho I bet you don't need it  :lol: .
And please don't tell me you're working with green people these days :( .
