I have personal issues with people who can't be competent or promote quality. You don't meet the criteria of either. The evidence against you is substantial enough to justify a ban. The determination is that you were cheating either using intentional hacks, or some sort of illegal modifications, yet to be determined. We are still reviewing other people... don't you worry people will get their moment to shine in that section right next to you. Not just your group either; a few other groups have members we're watching. We're always watching. If you cheat, you get banned regardless of who you are.

I never said all mods are cheats. There are some modification which alter the game and it's mechanics in a way that make the cheaty. Even while unintentional you are responsible for your selection in modifications. Thus these are classified as illegal modifications; legitimate mods that inherently modify the game outside the scope allowed.

I guess if you never had these problems as Luciano and Corleone the problem is obvious ;D

My game is full with graphic mods etc and it's more than 6gb the gta without any mods in it is 4.7gb he was playing on widescreen that made the screenshot look like that he sent you the screenshot of the folder that doesn't contain any illeagl modification...
So what is the reason he is still banned?
