I never said all mods are cheats. There are some modification which alter the game and it's mechanics in a way that make the cheaty. Even while unintentional you are responsible for your selection in modifications. Thus these are classified as illegal modifications; legitimate mods that inherently modify the game outside the scope allowed.

I guess if you never had these problems as Luciano and Corleone the problem is obvious ;D

As far as i know , a simple skin mod or effects don't give you the right to aimbot or hacking (Whatever you determine with it) or illegal modification .. if it didn't with 1515215241 people in the world it shouldn't with me either..

As i said , and as you said , seems to be better without modifications to dissallow these kind of shits to not happend again ,

There are skin mods which are perfectly fine. There are skin mods which modify the hitbox thus making it harder to hit than normal. These are illegal modifications. I don't see the point of modifications anyways they make the game look retarded. But hey to each their own.

There is nothing altering in my game , it's just you being paranoid..

And let's not to mention in my video , i hit several times some gvardians and they don't lose HP ? are they hacking ? i don't know ? Why i'm the only one investigated in that video ?

It's hard to determine exactly which modification can be causing it. It's also possible the amount of mods, combined with the shitty Internet, and horrible PC can also cause similar outcome.
