I can't say I blame you. My PC can no longer play GTA V due to hardware failure and my lazyness to fix it. However I don't go and try to make GTA SA what it isn't. Yes, modifications sole purpose is to modify (change) the game. As I said, they all change the game... and yes some of them are appropriate while others modify the game in a way that provides an advantage.
