First: They have great reputation and they being loved by a lot of people.
Second: I see that the members of the Soprano family are helpful and they like each other.

I'm Jeff. I'm 28 years old. I was born in San Andreas, Las Venturas.
I lived with my family till I reached the 15 of my life, Till my father and mother died in a car accident. I lived in the streets and I started to beg to eat and drink.. I stayed like that for like 2 years and then, I traveled in a ship to Los Santos to try to find a job that might suit me.
I started to sell flowers in the streets and then I found a job in a restaurant and I worked as a pass-boy. I was getting a good payment as I don't have a place to live in or to sleep at.
So, when I reached the 18 of my life I travelled to San Fierro and I meet with the Gvardia Family.
They were so good with me and they got me a job and place to live at. One day, I became one of them and I became like a Veteran.
They trust me a lot and I was a respected member. but I was a snitch and I spied them for money and drugs, so they kidnapped me and they decided to kill me. Some friends from the Soprano knew that they were going to kill me and they came to help me, and I succeeded to escape from the Gvardia family. I decided to just pay some money to the Soprano's as they helped me, but they didn't accept the money and they told me " We don't help for money ". Those words flamed on my heart and made me like them more and more. till I decided to join them and I asked one of the friendly members to talk to the boss who was Dennis Soprano.
He was so talkative with me and he told me what to do, instead joining them and I proved for them that I worth to join Soprano and it took a long time. I became like a family friend and I stayed with them for a long time and I was involved in some of there gun fights against there enemies. and one day Dennis and Rey ordered to see me and I met them at the Soprano HQ.
I was officially a Soprano and I was called as Jeff Soprano and I became one of them and they promoted me till I became a family Mobster.
I respected and earned respect.
