When RS5 started, Soprano purchased key properties in San Fierro which Gvardia used to own in RS4, because Gvardias were inactive and we did not want enemies to shelter in San Fierro. Later on, Gvardias lost their recognized status, thus losing their corporation in Queens. Here's when they return their full activity and get back their corp with some help here and there. After Cofiliano and Antonio begged me and Johan 24/7 to return the properties to them for the sake of our ''brotherhood'' - the good hearted Johan decides to do so. Once they acquired the properties, they have been fighting Soprano since then.
