I was thinking like how clans have their own stock of gear such as Kevlar and weapons, what if clans had their own money pot. People can donate some money to their clans pot to save up buy weps, cars, places. And its up to the leaders of the clan to let the people really trusted to withdraw money. So like if your new and you just joined and got accepted all you can do is take weps and deposit money but not withdraw.
And maybe even deposit drugs and food
