GTA:SA Argonath RPG IRL

Welcome to the International Racing League. This is the Third Season of the Racing Championship that is being held in SA:MP. It has been a long time since the last season which was way back in 2009 and which had to be cut short (Myself being taken out by a truck had something to do to it). As always this League is to test the skills of the drivers of Argonath to determine who is the best driver and who has the best team!

There will be Six Races this season as well and the Endurance round which is worth double points. This League is open to all players of Argonath.

Due to the Lag problems the server has been having we will be doing what I call 'Plan B' where we will be doing Road Rally type events where the person with the fastest lap will win the round.

Due to this being a Rally type event now, there is no Time or day this will be held, any racer registered must either meet me or one of the officials to complete their laps.
Also since this is going to a Rally type event this will be NO limit to the amount of teams that can be entered. (Note that the prize money will be changing now)

RULES:

Team Rules:

Two Cars/Drivers Per Team:
You are aloud Replacement drivers if one or both of your main drivers cant make the race. They will obtain the prize money but the points go to the original drivers to keep give them a chance to win the championship.

Participants can only use one type of car for all races!!!:
If you want to drive an Comet you will drive the Comet on all tracks. You will have some disadvantages on some tracks but will be better on others.

Cars:
You can use what any car you want, but the max speed of the car must be in-between 170km/h and 190km/h to provide close racing

Sponsors:
Each team can have a sponsor of their choice, the sponsor can provide funds for a car, car modifications as well as the car spawn for each event. Team that wins each week will have the sponsors 'ad' on the front Track 'event' sheet for the following week as well the teams that come in First, Second and third in the Team championship will be awarded a prize.

Car Modifications:
All modifications are aloud, including nitro, its your choice what modifications you want you car to have.

Replacement Drivers:
If one of your main Drivers can not attend a race you can nominate addition drivers to replace them to still gain points, these racers are NOT entered in to the competition so the points they win go towards the Team Championship

Race Rules:

One Chance Only:
As soon as you contact a race official and start your laps you are not allowed to race again, if you crash out you will DNF for that round.

Corner Cutting:
As a general rule you can use the footpath just off from the side of the road, but no cutting on to grass/dirt/sand depending on the race locations.

General Rules:

Each Driver will have 4 laps of the race track of the round (or 3 Passes for a sprint event). The first Lap is a warm up and the next 3 'Hot' Laps will be time recorded where your best lap time will be used to determine your final position. If there is a tie for a position all three lap times will be used to create a lap average and the Driver with the better average gets the higher position. So go all out for every lap.

If for any reason you are unable to complete all three laps, (ie Crash out, Run out of fuel) You will be given an DNF, unless you have completed at least 1 'Hot' lap where that time will be used

Listen to Event Officials at all times, failure to do so will lead to penalties from removing finishing position to the deduction of points.

Race drivers can appeal / request penalties for other drivers if they have the proof (video or eye witness) and thus will receive the point deduction if the driver in question is found guilty.

 2nd place - 26 points - $ 100,000
 3rd place - 24 points - $ 70,000
 4th place - 22 points - $ 50,000
 5th place - 20 points - $ 45,000
 6th place - 15 points - $ 40,000
 7th place - 13 points - $35,000
 8th place - 10 points - $30,000
 9th place - 5  points - $ 25,000
10th place - 3 points -  $ 20,000
All other places :  1 points - $1,000

iKaslu, the top speed of a cheetah is 194km/h, this car is banned in the current rules. as the MAX speed of a car entered is 190km/h please change your car so I can accpect you application.

EDIT: also added Team Colours: to applcation - teams are encouraged to use different colours to stand out from each other

SFTC if possible could you change your colour ? 252 is used by Zaibatsu for really long time now, we used it in JCS events(AMWC) also wich we won.
