I am expierencing an issue in Photoshop. When I try to write something with somekind of font size, the size of the letters is so tiny that you can't even notice it. For example, if I put 72pt, it shows me size of like 0.000001pt.. I know it is somehow connected to resolution and I had this problem in the past but I don't remember how I fixed it.

I hope you will help me to sort it.

What are your document sizes? (pixels, pixel/bit resolution), plus I assume your document is zoomed to fit to your screen?
I use pixel/bit resolution of 72 for normal, quick draws and 240+ for photographs and other graphic projects.

Go to > Image Size, and make sure that:
  • The resolution should be set to at least 72 pixels/inch, If its something like 3 pixels/inch, unclick at the bottom where it says Re-sample image and type 72 into the pixels/inch.
  • If your canvas is big, like 1000px and above, zoom into 100% on your photoshop work screen.
  • If its not working, go to Edit>Prefrences>Type and make sure "Font Preview size" is set on Medium which is the standard.

I hope this is the solution to your problem. :)
