Pros:
Really nice uniform look throughout YouTube.
Looks pretty simplistic
If you know what you're doing, you can have a good looking background while having the new design.
External links added on side.
Multiple websites

Cons:
Less customization
I miss the wrapper transparency settings
It's aimed to increase business, not what I want but I'm sure others do.

I prefer the old layout, but this one isn't that bad at least. Give it a couple of weeks and you won't even care that it's changed. It's what happened with the general YouTube layout.

I dont know for you but its the biggest mistake in youtube's history, I never liked any channel switches, but I could cope with the previous one (though I still prefer very old channels) but now I don't even look at my channel.
