The quality of the other you posted sucked. If you take a look at the contours, they are pretty bad.

Additional Info: Alright this is sort of a complicated request so I'll try to simplify it for you to understand what I'm looking for. As you know Que since you were once an SAPD member if I remember correctly we have to submit patrol reports, so I'm looking to have a "desk" made which is the topics we use.

I'm needing a heading done to put on the top of the topic what I'm looking for their is an ingame picture of an LVPD squad car with LV in the background whether it be taken on the JT freeways or from a view on the strip. I'm also wanting to have an ELM light pattern going through it which would be the animation. If you could or have the ability to install an LVPD car mod that would be great if not no biggy.

Next I'm looking to have my basic information photoshoped to almost look like a file with my roleplay name, rank, previous positions, ect I'll list all that information for you. Hope this made somewhat sense and I appreciate your effort if you can fullfill this unique request.
