Those are not SA-MP files they are in fact windows cache files nothing of harm will come without them. I also believe they do regenerate themselves too.

Ignore what i have written as you have since edited into your post "They're In the gta3.img File". Although to be honest i do not recall those files even being inside of gta3.img.

Those files are not there by default within gta3.img at least, so obviously you have mis-placed them there to begin with or the Argonath map mod does need them, in which case just download the mod or open up the rar or zip file again?

lookout for those words. Piracy is forbidden in Argonath. Altough, half of the SAMP and Argonath players have non legit copy of GTA SA
