This is due to the scripts currently being a little iffy because of the and potentially still on-going work to the servers. Once everything has been sorted you can buy your helicopter :)

I would have given you hundred helicopters if I could because I can't stop smiling when I see this topic. Just wait a day or two and you'll get that helicopter when things are sorted out. :)

I think I'd like to bring up that sometimes when you log in and enter a vehicle the car sometimes displays "Owner of -[amount of money]". It's rare, but it has happened.
