Never new its their HQ..... In that case, we can call it protecting their HQ.

That is a very thin line. You are not allowed to help a random suspect by driving up to him and shooting rvrn if hr is your friend or family.
However if there are multiple suspects in the same area, one may expect them to act as one.

If i may give input, the guy dosen't seem to have any relevance to them at all, also i think somewhere it was stated suspects shouln't shoot at officers when the officers aren't engaged with them.

Finally someone who watched.
Lets make clear that I am playing devils advocate here. The reason is that we want players to report only the important matters, and not involve admin every time an action does not go their way.
The thing is that the video itself proves nothing, as it starts at a time Adam stopped.
It does not show what happened before, if he was after this suspect only or after others as well. Another interesting thing is a blue blip in the video that seems to move away rather than trying to assist.

Before the video, the only thing it shows is me spamming /area ID
I was tracking that suspect only, when i had visual of him, i stopped behind him.... The video shows the rest.
And i can put my hand on my heart and say i did not chase those guys.....
