All i've heard is bad about it after it appearing on Watchdog last week. Peoples games disconnecting just after a match, wins registering as defeats etc, people losing money. To be honest if you lose money it's your own fault for still spending money on a game... If you have to spend extra money on a game consistently in order to enjoy it, it is not worth buying.

I didnt spend 1$ more besides the game value itself.. and i'm enjoying it. The disconnecting is a major issue indeed.. and EA should fix it. Also the money losing and player losing issue on ultimate team is horrible, it's absolutely ridiculous that they havent fixed it yet. but other than those flaws, the game is alot of fun and I encourage everyone who likes football to buy it.

They're old and not so good anymore. I like FIFA11, there is no difference between FIFA11 and 12, just uniforms are different, thats it.

I don't know about you, but I found the tactical defending to be a pretty big difference. One which took me a long time to get used to and master.

The contained defence is the most annoyin shit that could ever be added to Fifa. it's just not fun to play with people who use contain defence.. if you're not good in defence that's your problem..  practice it and master it.. I hope they'll remove it in Fifa 13. Anyways I'm selling my team on UT, what should I do next? Brazil team with pato, neymar, hulk and so on, or BPL squad with Young/Mata on the LW and 4head on the RW. Or do you guys have any other suggestions for a good team? Dunno what to do next..

As opposed to the "Hold down B and have a guy rocket in and tackle the other guy" defence system? If you want to talk about annoying shit, then talk about that. The new system is a massive difference, and in all honestly not done entirely well by FIFA, but the system itself is much better, realistic and fun to play with and hopefully FIFA will fix it up in the next title.

On the contrary, if you can't beat people who use abuse contain defence, then I suggest you practice the timing of your skills moves and passing. Also, there's a massive workaround to that playstyle in the sense that when the CPU controlled player jockeys, the timing of his tackle is pretty shit, so getting past him is relatively easy if your timing is sound. Or alternatively draw the jockeying player out and look for the pass.

I personally hardly ever use CPU jockeying, and instead fill the "pass alleys" with my controlled player. Find it a much more effective defence system that gets me the ball back quicker.

Fifa 12 hmm... Take a look on a PES 12 it's much much better!

Pro Evolution Soccer lost its glance a few years ago. It's quite many levels behind FIFA nowadays.

you cant do skills against contained defence, the only one who's sometimes working is the fake shot.. but for me, every time I come up against someone that use contain defence, I sub walcott in and problem solved. You just need fast wingers to get past contain defence, and a good header ST, but i'm personally not a fan of playing sweaty and dirty.
