Sad to see people leave however you need only look in the mirror to ask why Argonath isnt better, however i'm no one to be a preacher I my self am tired and am truly hoping RS5 will bring new light into things because when people dont have endless money pits and personal Armorys I think the RP will begin, and I do see the RP in Argonath however, there is no reward 9/10 RP is abused to call in friends for backup only to DM or kill time, even a Mordor RP is an excuse to DM, SO I pat you on the back for Sticking true to yourself as it seems only MC's are the only true Criminal RPers.

First of when i was in SAPD, There was MINIMUM RP ONLY if the officers wanted to "RP", So i gave up on the career there and started the MC, Once i started it, i got shitloads of work, people came threating me ICly and trying to destroy our club, BUT STILL we were up, We were only 5 people rolling around. Once i started the club the server was going Downhill, but STILL i were fighting against it, trying to recuirt TOP dmers and made them to one of our best Rpers, did my best and so on, but after all now when im logging into the server, everything i get is headache and anger, <-- if that is happening to me i shouldn't play here anymore. I had my happy times, Remembering when Khornatemonkey came and arrested me we had 1h RP and i didn't know shit but i was following it haha. Old times what can i say:D

I really hope that RS5 brings up the fire in Argonath RPG and it will go uphill, Rp will come back and people will be happy, Im looking forward for that really and I'll await the RS5. For now I'll roll out, I can say that TLMC was the best thing that happend to me the whole Argonath playtime i had. Really sad to shut it down like this as it was going good, But really getting tired IRL. I hope we guys can holla at eachother in Skype and keep the contact together. Cuz i dont want to lose the connection

Right now, I see moaning to the server and how bad it is, whilst in reality it all depends on yourself. Don't turn this into moaning about all negative points. Instead, look positive and see how you are able to make a change. It is possible.

I'v had great times on Argo, great roleplays and great friends. We tried to help the community, we took in member who shot without warnings, now they just want to roleplay all the time. Finding roleplays is hard and the constanty rulebreakers makes it even harder. I wouldn't think that you can understand properly, of course their was time when you woren't a staff member, but I don't think you meet as meny rulebreaks as a normal member, sure you are the one who handles it, but can you relate to the frustration that the playet who's beinh abused may have? Surely I think it was a lonh time since someone could realy piss you of, it would be alot easier to handle that if I had the ability to punish right away when I meet a rulebreaker. Now I got to take a ticket and wait, and more the. half of the time they get away anyway.... Just re read the post, now you made me talk about bad times...

Roleplay is not hard to find, if it gets hard to find then stop digging too hard and come back to the basics where you enjoy the game in the first place. Cruising around in a convoy and going to a bar is roleplay already. It's not hard at all. Even the way you handle a gun, is a roleplay matter. Don't look too far if the answer is right around the corner of our own eyes.

All I'm saying is that you don't have to let the negative sides take control of the positive ones. I'm quite sure you wouldn't give up anything because of all what you mention here.

Perhaps that may be the case, but I have grown bored of the constant reports I'v done. If I see someone rulebreak I don't even report anymore, I know what will happen. I was thinking about this a hole week before I left, and I even switched my name to try to have a look around, and what I saw wasen't pretty. If I wore to be suspected, my pm would be flooded and players getting into my vehicle just to get suspected. It realy feel like it has turnt into a freeroom where players can do whatever they want and drugs and guns are just to create power and violent actions.

We did the basic roleplays, we wore cruising atleast several times per day, everywhere I went was three or more brothers behind me. I'v done roleplay where I learnt members how to use a gun, this faction has done nothing but to go back to the basics of roleplay. We have done alot of weird scenes and we have done alot of usal aswell. I have even roleplayed for myself when nobody is around, might be boring for some.. But I role-play becous I want to make scenes, I want to make it realistic aswell. I don't support of players using guns at all, even though I use them for defending myself.

This will always be and on going arguement, I'm not trying to be 'Mr.Right' here, I'm just explaining my experiance over the past year. I realy miss the times when my former leaders learnt me how to role-play. And I tried to do the same. I'm realy proud of everyone of our members who started to form their intress for role-playing, and I'm happy to have been supporting them in that. The server has a RPG in it's name, lots of new members would expect it to be a roleplaying community aswell.

The excuse that an administrator never checks your report is incorrect. If rulebreaking occurs, administrators will do anything they can to help you out. If you do not report the issue, the administration can't do anything as they can't be everywhere at one time. My roleplay was never blocked by rulebreaking, except for a few times in which an administrator helped us out really good.

I could list up TONS of things here and now but i rather keep it out, After all Admins are doing a great job and i understand the frustation and all the spam they are reciving, Respect. But sometimes it ain't enough.

Then don't focus on those that prefer to stay idle all day and only use /p to interact. Focus on the group that is capable of roleplaying and able to work with you. That said, you might be surprised with the potentional of a few newcomers to the server. If thaught correctly, a new member may mean even more than a few veterans.
For example, I've had a few new guys back in the ALS in 2009, currently they are administrator.
Another example, in June 2012, I've ran a mechanic company, all unofficial and purely based on ingame roleplay, most of my staff were new people. They were nearly working 24/7.
Another example, August 2012, A new player joined the server asking for help to teach the basics of Argonath RPG. I've helped him with the basics in a roleplay manner, which is an enjoyable way of teaching, and currently this person is already accepted in the SAPD, surpassing most applicants due to his quality and potentional.

That said, you really should focus more on that instead of looking to a few old cows that lost the ability to roleplay. Keep focussing on those that do want that and leave the rulebreakers out of it. Sometimes you can entirely change the attitude of a rulebreaker if handled correctly.

Yeh fo sure. I get your point, I ain't saying that the server got NONE Rpers blalbala and so on, I acutally met a FREECOP!<<---, Which rped almost better than me... So you're right. We had our recourses, We had AoD, Sforza and some other Non-gangrelated players which we Rped 24/7 with. But things got boring, things got to mainstream, We almost tried it all out and RPing got no limit. After that, I lost the feeling logging in and playing for FUN, Nowadays i get ig 10 minutes and logg of straight away, I might need a pause.. You never know what the future will bring.
