I think he needs both. Altho if you have a program like Dreamweaver, there is no problem at all. There isnt much code shit in Dreamweaver.

Adobe Flash Builder HTML5/Jquery ... new age of web design. Action script is going out shortly,
and you can't do PHP in Adobe Flash. I may not be a web designer, but this much is quite obvious as a professional web developer.

Well, I can do the designing part. That's not a problemo. But still, the one doing the coding do also have a clue of designing, if something does not match etcetera.

There are many good programs for codes of adobe. I am using dreamweaver, anyway Adobe Muse, Fireworks.

Dude, no one uses Flash, it's becoming obsolete. Use HTML5/CSS3.

And for all those who use Dreamweaver, it slows down productivity. Just use a simple text editor, like Notepad++, if you need a decent IDE install some addons, but don't use Dreamweaver. I'm a web designer and learnt using Dreamweaver, and I can easily say it's crap.

As far as graphics go though, by all means go for Photoshop / Fireworks. Adobe software is win.
