By the way, just make the background transparent, you won't need to use blue/white page stuff then

I like them , BUT  :devroll: Eh you can see a little black between the stripes , Is it perhaps possible to make it look more like they are on top of eachother ? ill explain what I mean and cant the luitenant please be made slimmer , so it is a bar , not a square ?

about the stripes il like them like this ^  or this _ but we can discuss it . Its my turn to bitch anyway

We can just fit a point on it i think and about that working them down i think rel did it like this becouse you can now clearly see that it are diverent ranks and about the luitenant made slimm i also wanted that :P
