Oke next time when you say to if you even hit one car ill ban you ill make a screenshot WAIT there are logs let the admins look it up! And you and your members did shoot people and so dont play mister inocent. Also you dont have the right to lock down the aiport IT IS NOT YOURS FFS and I came there to take a plane just like the times bevore and other people also do that and they get kicked or killed by your members or your workers. Keep it up great job hope your proud now. And you cant funnytalk me you know you did things wrong admid it.

And about me being the only one who has problems with it thats not true every time when you close down that airport people get killed dmed kicked for no reason. so if you where a new member doing that you would have been banned from day one. YOU DID THINGS WRONG have the balls and admid it bevore more problems come out of this. I hope the main admins take my mail seriusly and just shut down your event.

And no problem for the reminding you that you are not god and do not own the server you seemd to have forgot it.

If its any consolation, I said I would kick, not ban. I only tell hackers that I will ban them.

There is not much reason to be in LV airport, and if you wanted a plane, why not say to guards or whatever? People do not get DMed, only you, and that has been fixed, we will brief guards fully from now on. We close down the airport once a week, I fail to see how you get so very angry at an event that gives other so much joy.

So you are telling me you got into a monster truck with your friend in SF, and drove all the way to LV airport (event though we had been advertising our derby 30min before when we were touring SA) to get a plane? If you had this trouble of getting into LV airport before- then why not confront it sooner, or save yourself the hassle and go to another airport? You constantly respawned at LV airport and tried to get in,  and it seemed you somehow wanted to get a reaction out of Jan, whereas you could have simply gone to another airport. You didnt listen to Jan, or tell him why you needed to get in, you ignored him and ran in regardless, multiple times.

  LV airport is closed at the derbies, since the majority of LV's population is involved in the derby, and as the majority, would prefer that the competition was fair, and so security is put up. If someone has crashed into the airport with a vehicle whilst the derby is ongoing, they will be kicked, because it will put contestants at an unfair disadvatage, because entering with a new car is cheating. Also, entering with an illegal vehicle is cheating. Entering on foot however is allowed. If someone is cheating, I cannot waste time telling them, when I have already gone trhough rules beforehand, and have posted numerous adverts to tell players LV is closed for Derby. I cannot stop and explain to players, as I am recording the event with no chat on, in a helicopter.

  About shutting down my event. What is the usual population in LV? About 3-4 people? When I make the event 20+ people can be found in LV for the Derby. Unfortunately, for those 4-5 people who are in LV are free to watch derby/ get plane. Not having access to LV airport for 2 hours a week is a small sacrifice for the minority, and if they need a plane, save yourself the bother, go to another airport, after all there is 4, we are only using 1 for 2 hours a week, for 20+ people to have a good time. I plan on continuing the event. If you dont like it, make contructive suggestions. Why not help even? If you dont want to help in any way, just dont go into LV airport on Saturdays 21:00- 22:00. In the new scripts it will be a great competition and money will be won. Jobs will be provided and people will be happy. So if you stop the childish flame and actually comment on someting constructivly, people may listen to you and take you seriously.

Ok so you have an event right next to a spawn point that many members use (our skins are there, maybe why you had problems with us?) and then ban us from (sometimes) our only means of transportation, by putting up random guards who shoot on sight (even if you didn't order them, they STILL do it..) and expect us to be okay with it? You don't own the damn airport, so control your members and make SURE they don't kill us and other members.. (such as the ones listed in Sama's post..) Since you are, after all, the leader of ALS, and also, just because this is an rp event, it does not allow carnage at the gates for the sake of people ramming each other with cars.. That would be like me killing everyone because I decided to Roleplay a Terrorist with mental illness and a happy trigger finger..

I have just looked at your pictures. Heres what I see:

Picture 1: You are on bikes, which are disallowed. They are unrealistic in a Derby, and their lag causes cars to flip over. Your friend is on a mountain bike, very unrealistic. Did he drive that mountain bike all the way from Mt Chilliad to get a plane from LV airport? The derby has started, no vehicles allowed in  as that is cheating, and ruining the event for others.

Picture 2: You have ran in and took a taxi that shouldnt have been their in the first place... The guards are probably shooting your friend on the mountain bike- which is at LV airport for no reason, and mountain bikes= harrassment to players.

Picture 3: Shows a guard shooting. At what? We dont know. Its a poor picture. Most likely someone who has run the gate. (Did you know, if they didnt have a vehicle it would be fine? Or should I repeat the no vehicles enter after event starts rule again?)

Picture 4: This is a picture of Dan trying to keep players like you out, because you are trying to cheat by entering with a new car. We have had someone win before who entered with a second car before, that is another reason why security is there. Text is unclear. Shows nothing of you but ignorance to rules. You have made no verbal attempt to tell the guard why you need the taxi. So he takes it as you are trying to cheat.

  Overall, this is quite a funny picture. 8/10 because of poor and quality and unfunny text. But really, what reaction would you expect of pictures of you trying to ruin my event? You have just shown now, that this is the second time you have entered LV airport during the Derby. In fact, I would go as far to say that you only went to LV airport because the Derby was on , so you could annoy the guards etc. THis is apparent as the vehicles have not been obtained from nearby, so you have not just passed through for the airport have you? Next time, just leave my event, just dont go near LV airport when it is on. You just try to ruin it purposefully. If you cant roleplay with guards, then dont, dont go near them, because you can sit there being at the event everyone is having fun at.

  You can post more about this in your thread if you want, but it will be unanswered.

Ouch guys, im sad you can't just work around the one regular RP event that happens on Argonath. When you guys run your own regular RP events i'm sure you'll see how hard it is, especially with the amount of players who are determined to ruin it and the amount of players that just don't RP.

Surely you guys know the amount of Dmers that have to be dealt with just to run an event like this so is it really hard to just grab a car to LS instead of a plane? Even if you're going to SF it takes about 5 mins at most, is that so hard to do to avoid massive hassle with people trying to run a fun event for Argonath players? Also i don't get how you went to pick up Knoot, yet in the screenshots Knoot has a mountain bike from Mount Chilliad, the only time you have a four-seater car Knoot is nowhere and the planes are one seated anyway :trust:

As for any DMing that may have happened from the guards, I can't comment as I wasn't there but, I know Dan_lcfc well and hes a great RPer, im certain if you talked to him he would've explained the situation (which i would've thought you knew anywhere) and for your safety, if nothing else, would've dissuaded you from trying to entering (a pedestrian car in the middle of a destruction derby is highly dangerous for everyone). In regards to events, would you complain if the LV marathon was running past when you wanted to go on the freeway or would you plow through because "you have the same right to use it as anyone else." and thinking in real life, if a marathon (for example) was on would you drive through the course because "the organisers don't own the road."?

I understand that guards DMing would come across badly but again, thinking in real terms, if there were security or police present on the gate of a NASCAR racing track and someone came with a taxi and tried to drive onto the track, the security and police would use all the force necessary to stop them. Im pretty sure that the Argonath cops would have reason in suspecting people trying to ruin events but no doubt everyone would complain about false suspecting anyway. Personally if i was on the gates i would rather annoy one person by shooting their car than twenty people by having that car ruin an event. Maxy, do you say to people running the marathon "GO RUN ON ROADS NO ONE GOES ON." No one is claiming that ALS own LV airport, but is it really so hard for you to work around the fact that it's in use for 2 hours in a week, for a purpose that benefits the whole Argonath community (if they wish to join in).

As for Dan_lcfc shooting the cop, taking into account the fact that;

• The other SWAT member has an M4 (In my opinion needing to buy heavier guns than the SWAT SMG spawn spells trouble)
• Hes not a regular/long-time player to the server (Thus, not to stereotype but is more likely to be a DMer or not understand the rules)
• Dan_lcfc's health is very low (It's unlikely he's managed to shoot himself after all)

I would conclude it was self-defence, which he is well within his rights to do on Argonath, especially given he is a very old and well-known player, I would take his word over the fairly new player's.

Plus, just to point out, the abandoned airport is no good as it's very difficult to drive on dust and impossible to stop Dmers and others ruining the event from getting in.

Basically, i'm not trying to cause an argument but i felt i needed to say something as I know a lot of Solonik members are great RPers so i would've thought you guys would understand better than most about trying to run RP events and maybe extend some leeway to ALS in regards to that very action. As JCStodds says, sue us but It looks to me like the only conclusive evidence you have is the fact that ALS were trying to organise an event, especially since (if i understand correctly) Jan_Solonik did most of the DMing, if that's a sueable offence then by all means sue us for that however maybe ALS should counter-sue, particularly regarding the bad name you've now put on the Destruction Derby and ALS as a company due to you not controlling your members...

Sama or Iggy put me as inactive member. It's because this days happened lots of things. I'm not in the best moment in my life I'm giving a break to think about my life and the future. And think about basketball because since I started to play it became an important thing of my life, and I have the skills to become a pro but as I said I need time to think.

All I'm Saying is that RP events of this magnitude shouldn't be run in the middle of the city.. it causes trouble, and also the cars AT the derby weren't ours.. other people tried to get in as well..and please don't say we were trying to ruin your event.. We've been in it before.. filming etc.. so why would we go in to ruin anything? I'm pretty sure the only reason other solonik members were there is because I spawned (Without any taxi near me.. all at the derby or just inside the gates) and I wanted SOME means of transportation ( and I like flying ) So I WALKED in.. and got shot about 20 times. So I was talking to Sama on TS saying "Umm wtf..? I can't get a plane or any car just inside of the airport gates". So he decided to check it out ( with the same results ) after a while we got pissed off, and charged in trying to get a taxi out or SOMETHING. Yea maybe we shouldn't have done that.. but it is equally your fault for putting up guards who weren't clear about the orders..

I have to agree with Maxy on the point of shooting our members was unnecessary , You all know us and that we are Decent RP ers , think what would happen If i shot Jc at one of our events . I had this last Saturday also , I wanted to come to the derby as a Spectator , and I had to dodge quite a few bullets to get there . Now wen we had a party , one of our members was being hit by Daniel , and Knoot had a job at that party , still I used RP to solve it Not bullets or admin rights . But I am afraid this isn't about the airport anymore , it has turned into somekind of 'pissing contest ' .  :devroll:

OK, lets sort this out.

You were told the airport was closed. We only want the airport for an hour a week. Not much, I'm sure you could use on of the other planes on the game, or better yet, one of those AMAZING inventions called a car.

I shot your car because you were forcing your way into the derby. We have had 2 incidents with extra cars joining in.
1) Tooney's car was hit by a monster truck which entered when the derby had started, and thus he blew up and subsequently lost the derby.
2) Someone won in a different car to which they started in.
I shot you car so that you would not interfere with the ongoing derby.

I did not ONCE say you cannot walk over to your planes, but you didnt ask. I did not shoot at a civillian, only at cars entering the derby after it had started.

Besides, is it not a coincidence that you just happen to 'need' the plane that is in LV airport when the derby has started?  Plenty of ads are made beforehand so you have plenty of time to get a plane from LV, or get a car to LV airport before the event starts so you can participate.

I dont get it.
People complain that there is nothing to do in SF or LV, but when we give them something to do, they try to get it shut down  :trust:

He came to the DD to be a spectator. We then asked him to be a saerch and rescue car. Then, of his own accord, he decided to to be gate security. What he did then was his own choice, not that of the ALS.
We 'ordered' him to go around and pick up the people whos cars exploded and take them to a safe place. NOT, to shoot at people. If you want to know why he did that, then take it up with him.

Look , I have heard from more people that the orders were to shoot all who entered , that is not alowed . and you all know Sama and our other members , and you also know they would NEVER spoil an event . You cant just go around shooting people for something they 'might' do . Especialy people who you know not to be DM ers !
