Sorry man, I am thinking of leaving because I don't get that sense of community from this gang anymore... Iggy, Samaron and Maxy go off in their private chats and it only seems to be fun at weekends at the time where people actually do stuff. I don't get the Mafia feel from this gang so I might go try another gang. Lots of friends in this mafia but... As I said it's too secrative and it's just getting dumb.

Trojan, We don't try to ignore you, when we go in channels to talk about Leader related things, about the gang, we do it to discuss among leaders. It has nothing to do with us not trusting you, or not liking you. Also, we are having some problems recently because of businesses and scripts and everything man, we are a little bit short tempered, but we still get together and have fun. Don't worry, things will change, for the better, just stick it out a bit more, and you'll see

 about the activity and ranks .. we are the most active gang on Argo and we are always together . and to be honnest we have the most open structure , other gangs ORDER their members around like a real mafia (try Corleone) there if you interupt the leaders you are in trouble , now I understand you want to be involved in everything , but you cant have ranks and hierarchy (which ALL asked for i didn't even want that many ranks in the beginning )and then say well but we all want to do what we want It is fairly normal for leaders to talk through daily bussines in private .then let the members in on it . I just don't feel like stopping my story every time someone says Yeah but but but yeah but but until he gets in . We run the gang like this : the leaders make policy and then ask the members their opinion (this is how all our countries are run ; Ministers decide the policy then the Parliament votes

And one other thing . If you want to do something then put it on the forum or pm me You want an open structure ? you want to be involved ? then come with ideas ! we will work together to make them a reality .

If you have a problem having leaders who sometimes need to talk in private ? join [H2K] they are the only clan without leadership

now I do want to make some sort of commission where all the lieutenants can partake in voting on important issues but still a gang IS NO democracy real mafia EVEN Russian doesn't let members take decisions ..So we are already pretty lenient in this
