 about the activity and ranks .. we are the most active gang on Argo and we are always together . and to be honnest we have the most open structure , other gangs ORDER their members around like a real mafia (try Corleone) there if you interupt the leaders you are in trouble , now I understand you want to be involved in everything , but you cant have ranks and hierarchy (which ALL asked for i didn't even want that many ranks in the beginning )and then say well but we all want to do what we want It is fairly normal for leaders to talk through daily bussines in private .then let the members in on it . I just don't feel like stopping my story every time someone says Yeah but but but yeah but but until he gets in . We run the gang like this : the leaders make policy and then ask the members their opinion (this is how all our countries are run ; Ministers decide the policy then the Parliament votes

And one other thing . If you want to do something then put it on the forum or pm me You want an open structure ? you want to be involved ? then come with ideas ! we will work together to make them a reality .

If you have a problem having leaders who sometimes need to talk in private ? join [H2K] they are the only clan without leadership

now I do want to make some sort of commission where all the lieutenants can partake in voting on important issues but still a gang IS NO democracy real mafia EVEN Russian doesn't let members take decisions ..So we are already pretty lenient in this

We were not revenge killing, we were revenge attacking. I don't know if you know anything about a Mafia but if you mess with a Mafia... That's what they will do... Seek revenge.

You should check up on every single one of your members because there are quite a few that I have seen inappropriate behavior of.
 
The reason that you won't send a message to [email protected] is because you love to flame and get the last word in well... If I post screenshots in your topic then you will soon shut up and stop posting your bullshit here on our forum topic.

If you're not willing to have endless discussions about this then don't post here, post to [email protected] or a PM to a member of authority in the Solonik Brotherhood.
