Ok guys, I want to say that I am leaving Solonik

Mainly, I am leaving because My interest for the mafia RP is not what it used to be... The DMers and stuff... And the inactivity of mafia, I am leaving Solonik...

Thank you all for the good times we had and I will miss ya a lot

thats a shame , but Yes we have been less active its true . It is almost impossible to do TRUE mafia rp and I doubt it will ever be again . If i read the forums I conclude that people dont even give eachother room to rp a gang anymore ... Its not fun to have to explain every little hit / deal / crime because people are using their complains as a way to win the fight , mixing RL and RP

But we will become more active soon I have already thought up a new structure in RL mafia style I will give away a little already :

There will be only one leader , from now on (Me) I will keep behind the scenes regarding the daily bussiness , for that we will have Maxy he will remain co leader (right hand man) but will have more power and responsablities 
including the full acceptance of members , alliances , bussines etc Meaning he will ONLY have to answer to me . ( for kicking members I would like to have a sort of tribunal consisting of the leuitennant of the person , the leader and co leader. ) This is just the start of a larger reorganization .
I do want to add one thing though , for future leaders at all levels we will look not only at aptitude (skill) but also for activity , I want Solonik to stay a part of this server , and a strong one , for that we need active members , certainly those in leadership positions .

Mhh i would have to be more acctive as I am now , I usually only come on to support the admins team because I am starting to resent the rp here it seems to be only centered arround COPS and to be honnest i dont feel like rp ing a traffic stop 7 times an hour  .. I want to lead some change in this because the gangs are as much a part of this server as the police (ARPD /CRASH) but it seems ther is nobody protecting the Gangs RP
This leads to a lot of people who like to RP gangs switching to cop to be 'left allone' this leads to even more cops on the streets . I wish there woiuld be a max number of cops allowed at one time because it really is borring this way...

Yeah, well i didnt read it all but the first sentences,
There are almost no Soloniks online, even Ivan is more active then most of the other Soloniks. thats shame
