I have my eye on one in LS also (not the one I was at last) but it will be expensive so ..but I generally like to look for nice buildings for a HQ

wel thats a house , I was talking about an office building near the pier (and knoots house) ill show you soon I wil maybe give my house up to buy it but that will take some time .

yep I fixed it myself (replaced some cable in the switchbox) Some beunhaas (whats that in eglish ? :P) tried to put in a line , in the procces he loosened mine ..thats all it was a 60 cm cable that was coroded and loose
