Paying 100k for the best signature

I would like to ask our great art designers to make a nice signature for me.

Motive - Police, Fire and/or Ice

Text - Big text saying "Captain Ice", smaller text saying "Captain Robert Longstreet" below the big text (like an explaination).

Use your own materials OR you can use some of those attached.
Remember about the police motive, although it's not a must (you can use only fire&ice motive).

It's up to you, I guess the best idea will win
