Remote Boot Up

Well I need a way to boot up my home PC from another location, so I can control it with TeamViewer. Is it possible somehow?

Seeing that your pc is off no software can really be executed at all, but there may be some kind of external hardware that may allow this.

Remember to enable the feature from BIOS, that allows booting your PC via network - if your motherboard's BIOS has such feature.

Tried it, wouldn't work. Even with the right ports forwarded.
