Well the buyout is between you and the original seller.

It's a bit complicated now as you know this is not a place where i can make a decision. Contact a manager see what they say. Whether it'd be good news for you i don't know.

Patients please, you've seen the amount of requests that the management and owners have to go through. It's not as simple as a click here and a click there.

The changed value of the house is automatically refunded to you when an interior is changed.
The buyout, which you voluntarily gave to another player will not be refunded by any staff of the Administrator.
