As Founder and active creator this clan is my responsibility and under my ownership as directed by Aragorn from 2007/08. The other Founding members have been contacted as of last week, I have received no response so have decided to go ahead.

I am the last active founder and overall owner according to Aragorn as of a discussion on 2007/08.

And as regards whatever might have been said four years ago, new arrangements have been made, hence the clan hasn't been brought back already (though many have asked to help, or take on the responsibility).
