gta3.img Not original I need one modded.

Look guys If somebody have time to do this i would be thankfull. SO what do I need:
-that map with named places and all stuff;
-not all car mods just only but make them good;
-ENB series;
-YOu can add something what you like. (weps, skins etc)
The reason why i cant do it myself is because i tried so much ways with SAMI with Img tools and manager but i cant do it good. So please take some time and make it to me.

If you read the install instructions that come with every mod (or should) you wouldn't have trouble.
ENB isn't part of the GTA3.IMG file it's simply extracted into the SA root directory.

1st here you can find all the mods you want (Vehicles, engine voices, maps, car speed, weps....)

2nd SAMI can't help you never with installing mods like weps and maps and car speed and engine voices and and and, it helps you ONLY to install vehicles mods, and it's not difficult.

3rd if you want to install mods (but not voice mods) like weps and cars and maps you can use IMG tools from here -[size=78%]http://www.gtagarage.com/mods/show.php?id=63[/size]
4th if you want to install voice mods (Car engine, Police siren, ambulance siren...) install it using SAAT from here-
