Alright then, I guess I know what this is about, since I got banned by deathmatching (Kessu).

First of all, I guess you guys were undercover as UAV and pepele.

This story starts as I was riding in an ice cream truck w/ Lherekov, the two asked me for a race and I agreed.

Ofcourse I lost, how can a Ice cream truck outbeat an admiral? Then I heard them saying "FBI" and "Give us prize money now!"
I got out of the car, and seeing as they used mainchat for pretty much everything, and I never saw them use a single /me so far, I responded to their forceful "money demand" by shooting them.

Second of all, we were at NPM and one of the two shot ZeRoX with the weapons that he had obtained from cops, as I see ZeRoX as a friend of mine, I shot them since they killed him and left.

Then again, the guy was standing still with a shotgun, I randomly shot him via colt trying to get his attention and check if he alt-tabbed, and then I saw him get shot with a stubby from someone else at the left side, I just simply finished him off.

From the sounds of it, what you need to improve on is how you treat new players. Sure it might be easy to just shoot them in the face, but put yourself in their position. It's the new players that keep the server rolling, and the regular and veteran players should help them develop and make friends. That's what Argo is all about.

Yeah, apologies from me for actually dissing them, since I'm usually getting shot in the face by many newbies.

I guess I gained a lesson from the ban, I was not actually thinking about it, but yeah, every newbie needs to be treated with respect, since I was one aswell. Again, apologies, from my side.

As for the second picture (that I quoted) I was actually just bringing up the joke, I helped the guy kill one of you, since you were being shot.

As for the third picture, I never really killed you, you were standing still and I was just trying to get your attention, apologies for these if you got my shootings wrong.

As for the first one, well, you can't just really come up to me and say "we're friends", as for the killings, sorry about those, you returned after death and I just wanted to make sure that way, If it's taken as DM, again, sorry for those.

When new player "returns after death", please do explain them what they have done/are doing wrong instead of shooting them without saying a word. Also if the new player has little knowledge of english, saying "friend", you don't really shoot him, do you?

Explain them how the server works, some basic rules, couple of commands (rpghelp, rules) etc. Shooting only encourages deathmatching for new players and as VCMP is known for it's DM servers, it's never to encourage deathmatching.

Alright, I'll admit. I haven't done anything good for the new players. I just wanted to take care of the 'problem' by simply killing them. The behavior that I have shown towards them was indeed  unacceptable (as you said) and I understand the mistakes that I have made and the fact I gave them a bad example and taste of the server. That being said, I completely understand the reason why I was banned, I will correct my behavior with new players alike and actually treat them like the regulars of the server.
That's all I can say, I guess.

Its good to see that you've acknowledged and admitted to your mistakes. As a result of this I'll be unbanning you. Though it is important that you take this ban as a lesson learnt, and improve your behavior as you so promised. Do not let me down.
