I don't want to be mean or something, but I suggest you to take a look on other topics posted in Argonath Groups and Families.

-make your mafia a logo
-loose the caps and place the text abit natural
 
Information about the family is very important. Make it look least normal, then others can see that you have worked at it and have bigger hopes on the mafia
