Is that allowed over /argoradio?

Say, I want to do an event "Guess the song"

I ask a DJ to play a defined playlist on several conditions.

like.

/ad Guess the song and win 5K (and/or via radio)
DJ plays song on my command when time starts.
after 30 seconds song stops by DJ via command.
Declare winner via /ad and/or radio

cycle continues till playlist or time is up.

If there is a DJ who is willing to do that with you, then I don't see why that can't be done
