The problem is, that people don't like to Role-Play a civillian, as a Legal Family, that's why it is not really succesfull, every one wants to be joining a Crime Family.

That's right. The advantage of Collin Family is that people think it's a 'shortcut' to SAPD since all Collin members are FBI/SAPD.

Same here. My brother joined Collin Family, thinking that he will join SAPD faster but I got acccepted one wave before he did, even If I wasn't in any family.
